Domiciliary Eye Care Opticians
We offer a home visit eye care service designed for those who are unable to visit an optician unaccompanied due to physical or health disability. We carry out complete eye tests and provide quality eye care that are available in any high street optician at home instead.
How Does Eye Care At Home Work?
The first thing to do is make an appointment. This can be for you or someone you know. Simply call us on the numbers provided, and we will then arrange a convenient time to visit the customer, either in their own home or in a care home.
All our opticians are fully qualified and experienced and use equipment that has been specially designed for use in customers' homes, so our visit will cause as little disruption as possible.
If the eye test shows that the customer needs glasses, they'll be able to choose from a huge range of frames we provide. They may even be entitled to health insurance support with the cost of their glasses, we can explain this during our visit.
Minimum of 4 clients is required in a nursing / care home visit and consulting fee is $75 TTD (subject to change in future) per client. Waiver apply subject to conditions on website, less than 4 client call out charge of $200 TTD apply.
We would contact you or your representative to confirm appointment through your preferred means 2 days before your appointment date. If your unable to keep your appointment please contact us to reschedule or if you require any specific aid to enhance your eyes testing please inform us.
Clients are expected to make available old spectacles, or visual aid appliances during the test. We would also like a detailed history of any routine medications if any.

Free Home Call Out Visit
We give further consideration to waive consultation fees for home bound people in these categories:
- Aged 75 and above with proof of birth.
- Federal or state hospital registered blind or partially sighted.
- Federal or state hospital diagnosed with Diabetes or Glaucoma and above 35 years.
